Mr. FRANKLIN OWUSU ANSAH is a seasoned Industrial Relations Practitioner whose expertise is found in the area of formation of Labour Policies, Negotiation, handling of Grievances and Industrial Disputes. He is also a Human Resources Practitioner, handling HR Development and Management. Franklin expertise in HR is Job Evaluation and Building of Salary Structures.
Currently, Mr. Ansah is the Deputy General Secretary of the Health Services Workers’ Union of TUC (Ghana) and also chairs the Board of Trustees of the HSWU Tier 3 Pension Scheme Registered with the NPRA. Mr. Ansah’s involvement in pensions started with the formation of the Health Sector Occupational Pension Scheme as a Board Member in 2012.
Mr. Ansah also advocates for Migrants on the platform of the Global Forum for Migration and Development and at the UN High Level Dialogue on Migration and Development.
Franklin holds a Master of Arts Degree in Labour Policies and Globalisation (2010) from the Global Labour University – Germany (University of Kassel and Berlin School of Law and Economics), he holds another Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Development (2004) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and BA (Hons.) Economics (2002) Degree from University of Cape Coast.
