Hamidu Adakurugu holds two First Degrees and two Masters Degrees; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy(B.A. Hons), Bachelor of Laws Degree(LL.B), Master of Laws Degree(LL.M), and Master of Public Administration Degree(MPA), all from University of Ghana, Legon. He also possesses a Barrister – at – Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, Makola, Accra.
Hamidu Adakurugu is currently the Director, Administration & Legal at the Ministry of Health. He previously served with the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, the Ministries of Food and Agriculture, Aviation, and Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation in administrative positions. He has considerable experience in General Administration, Human Resource Management, and Legal Matters
He has had the unique opportunity of serving at various levels; from local authority to top-level policy and decision – making in Government. He is married with three lovely children.
